Job Summary:
- Conduct technical evaluations and support quality improvement projects.
- Supervise his team perfectly to get the best results which lead to customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present quality reports to line manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results, and nonconformities.
- Provide technical support and guidance for solving quality issues.
- Provide feedback to his line manager about lower-level team members on performance and
attendance. - Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality processes run smoothly.
- Participate in quality and safety audits and ensure compliance with standards.
- Identifies the information needed to solve a problem effectively.
- Conduct Audit on QMS of ISO 9001 & OHSMs of ISO 45001.
Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred Civil Engineer).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems and standards.
