Job Summary:

The Factory Operations Intern will immerse themselves in the heart of our manufacturing processes, gaining exposure to production, quality control, maintenance, and health & safety protocols. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of operational efficiency, continuous improvement (Lean principles), and the intricate workings of a modern factory floor.

Education & Professional Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (final year student or fresh graduate) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong academic foundation in engineering principles and analytical problem-solving.
• Eagerness to learn about industrial processes, machinery, and factory operations firsthand.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
