Job Summary:

1. Oversee and manage the flow of materials (receiving and issuing), ensuring accurate and timely posting on SAP.
2. · Maintain up-to-date and precise inventory records through effective stock control systems.
3. · Ensure all warehouse operations are properly documented, and records are accurately maintained.
4. · Follow up on daily material deliveries (Sand, Dolomite, Cement, Filler, Solar, Gas Cylinders) in coordination with the Procurement Department.
5. · Manage truck movement within the factory premises, including truck scale operations.
6. · Optimize warehouse space and handling equipment usage while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
7. · Lead, supervise, and train the warehouse team (supervisors and storekeepers).
8. · Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to meet or exceed productivity targets.
9. · Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and stock reports.
10. · Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

Education & Professional Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
2. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
3. · In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
4. · Certification in Lean Techniques (5S, SOP, Performance Management, etc.) is an advantage.
5. · Proficient in SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
6. · Strong time management and delegation skills.
7. · Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
8. · Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
10. · Fluent in English (spoken and written).
11. · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
