Job Summary:
- Oversee and manage the flow of materials (receiving and issuing), ensuring accurate and timely posting on SAP.
- · Maintain up-to-date and precise inventory records through effective stock control systems.
- · Ensure all warehouse operations are properly documented, and records are accurately maintained.
- · Follow up on daily material deliveries (Sand, Dolomite, Cement, Filler, Solar, Gas Cylinders) in coordination with the Procurement Department.
- · Manage truck movement within the factory premises, including truck scale operations.
- · Optimize warehouse space and handling equipment usage while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
- · Lead, supervise, and train the warehouse team (supervisors and storekeepers).
- · Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to meet or exceed productivity targets.
- · Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and stock reports.
- · Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- · Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- · In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- · Certification in Lean Techniques (5S, SOP, Performance Management, etc.) is an advantage.
- · Proficient in SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
- · Strong time management and delegation skills.
- · Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- · Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- · Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
