Towards a zero accident culture

Safety

ECPC aims for a zero-accidents workplace and to foster a zero-accident culture. To get there we promote risk awareness, focus on preventing work-related incidents, and share best practices across our markets and production facilities. We do this in several ways, both locally and the Group level.

Safer Together

The well-being of our employees, partners, customers or anyone visiting our production sites is our top priority, and we aim for zero accidents.

We proactively build risk awareness, prevent work-related incidents, share best practices and continuously increase control of the work environment.

Our “don’t walk by” principle calls upon everyone to constantly be vigilant, for their safety and for the safety of others.

In addition to local health & safety audits, we also carry out an annual Health and Safety Week across all business entities, allowing for all employees to engage with all dimensions of safety.

We commit to safe business operations with a Zero Accident Culture target, ensuring no one working for or with ECPC gets hurt on the job.

Health & Safety is everyone's responsibility!

Our aim is to develop a zero accident culture . Safety is everyone’s business, and to anchor this culture we need everyone on board.

All together, we will foster a safe workplace.

Don’t Walk By!

Do not walk by any unsafe act or situation without taking action. The standard we walk by is the standard we accept.

Visible Felt Leadership Safety Observation

A VFLSO is a conversation and a dialogue about Health and Safety between two persons. It can be triggered either by an observation of a pending safety issue, or simply initiated with a co-worker where no Health and Safety concern has been identified. The aim of the VFLSO is to encourage discussion, coaching and to provide feedback on current operational Health and Safety behavior, identify any achievable improvements, and thereby draw each other’s attention to how behavior and work environment can be improved.
VFLSO is part of the overall behavioral strategy in Consolis Group and supports our group objective: “Towards a Zero Accident Culture”. It also builds trust & respect within the organization.

Group Health and Safety Week

Safety remains the top priority at ECPC, following the Consolis Group‘s unwavering commitment. In addition to daily and monthly focus, we join their global annual effort to elevate Health & Safety above all, highlighted by Global Safety Week activities including training workshops, risk assessment simulations, leadership safety walks, and cross-team best practice sharing sessions.
