The Finance Director is the strategic architect of  ECPC’s financial health, responsible for aligning fiscal policy with corporate strategy. By overseeing comprehensive financial reporting and risk management, this role leads ECPC’s financial operations and strategy, ensuring institutional stability through precise budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The Finance Director acts as a key advisor to the executive committee, transforming financial data into strategic advantages that safeguard the company’s assets and fuel its commercial objectives.

Education & Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial management software (SAP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Finance, including at least 10 years in a managerial leadership role.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry, preferably Building Materials Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
